How do I wash my pillow?

Pillowcase: Our pillowcase is made for whatever you throw at it. And if you happen to throw something that gets it dirty, just remove the cover and throw it in the washing machine. Machine wash with cold water and mild detergent, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low to give it that nice warm fluffy finish. Do not bleach or iron.

Foam: Spot clean only with damp cloth. Do not put your foam in the washer or dryer. It won't come out the way it looked when it went in.

Do your pillows work for all sleep positions?

Yes, they do! When we discovered the secret recipe for our pillows, we wanted to make sure everyone could say "I Love Pillow!" Our foam was crafted to accommodate all sleeping positions and will hold its shape no matter how much you roll around.

What is the foam made of and where is it made?

Our memory foam is made in the USA, just outside Detroit, MI. All our pillows are crafted and assembled here, so you can feel good about supporting US business. The United States has the highest level of regulatory standards for the manufacturing of foam products, so you can rest easy knowing they are completely safe & non-toxic. All I Love Pillow foam is water-based polyurethane, which is nontoxic, hypoallergenic, and environmentally friendly. We care about our planet and our community. We recycle all available product during manufacturing and donate product to local charities like Humble Design.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

You can sleep for up to 100 nights with our pillows and up to 30 days with our mattresses and mattress toppers. If you still don't love your product(s), please contact us at customer.service@lmpworldwide.com. We will help find the right product for you to exchange, or you can expect a hassle-free return. You will receive a full refund on our pillows but are charged a 15% restocking fee for our mattresses and mattress toppers when used or damaged. When returning a product, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Please note that this policy applies only for purchases from ilovepillow.com. If you purchased from another retailer, their return policy may be different, and you'll need to contact them directly for information.

When should I replace my pillow and what is your warranty?

Our pillows don't have an expiration date, although they are covered under warranty. Every pillow includes our 3-year manufacturer warranty and is crafted with a unique pillow number for you to register. Every mattress and mattress topper includes our 5-year manufacturer warranty.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground. Please expect to receive an email with tracking information once order has been processed to ship. Shipping occurs within 24 business hours of order being placed. Typically, your product should arrive on your doorstep within 3-5 business days of placing your order. This is not a guarantee; however, most customers experience this timeline. Please contact us at customer.service@lmpworldwide.com with any questions.
Please note: You may receive two separate shipments, as our second facility ships out the mattress toppers apart from our pillows. In this case, we will provide you with an additional tracking number as soon as possible.
