WARRANTIES, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I Love Mattress includes a 10-Year Warranty with all mattress purchases. Allow yourself at least 30 days and if you still don't love your mattress within 100 nights, please contact us at customer.service@lmpworldwide.com. When returning product(s), we will schedule a pick-up and donation center. Upon reviewing the returned product, if damaged, soiled, or abused, we will not be able to issue a full refund.

All returns and exchanges are donated to a local charity of ours, Humble Design. This charity changes lives and communities by furnishing the homes of families and veterans emerging from homelessness. They assist the transformation of lives in Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, San Diego, and Seattle.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground. Please expect to receive an email with tracking information once order has been processed to ship. Shipping occurs within 24 business hours of order being placed. Typically, your product should arrive on your doorstep within 3-5 business days of placing your order. This is not a guarantee; however, most customers experience this timeline. Please contact us at customer.service@lmpworldwide.com with any questions.

Please note: You may receive two separate shipments, as our second facility ships out the mattress toppers apart from our pillows. In this case, we will provide you with an additional tracking number as soon as possible.

EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Our pillow cover is made for whatever you throw at it. If you happen to throw something that gets it dirty, just unzip the cover and throw it in the washing machine. Machine wash with cold water and mild detergent, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low to give it that nice warm fluffy finish. Do not bleach or iron.

We want your product to last as long as possible and give you the comfort and support you need. If you put your foam core into the washer or dryer, it won't come out looking how it did when it went in. Instead, spot clean only with damp cloth. Do not put the foam in the washer or dryer. 

Yes, they do! Our foam was crafted to accommodate all sleeping positions and will hold its shape no matter how much you roll around. With every pillow we craft our goal is to give you Instant Comfort and All Night Support.

Our memory foam is made in the USA, just outside Detroit, MI. All our pillows are crafted and assembled here, so you can feel good about supporting US business. The United States has the highest level of regulatory standards for the manufacturing of foam products, so you can rest easy knowing they are completely safe & non-toxic. All I Love Pillow foam is water-based polyurethane, which is nontoxic, hypoallergenic, and environmentally friendly. We care about our planet and our community. We recycle all available product during manufacturing and donate product to local charities like Humble Design

New memory foam may initially have a slight odor; it is completely harmless and will dissipate over a short time with regular use. You may have also experienced a slight odor from our clear shipping wrap, this is to ensure your pillow(s) stays tightly compressed and clean until it arrives to your doorstep. We suggest you allow your pillow(s) to air out for 24 hours to eliminate the odor.

Customers may use up to one discount code per purchase. Discounts cannot be combined. The discount code must be put in at the time of checkout on the website and each code is only valid during the specified promotion time and must be valid for the ilovepillow.com website in the United States. No adjustments may be made on previous purchases.
